Probably OTT lights, seen them at Office Depot

as I get older I have learned two more things. I am going blind (so i got glasses) and I need more light to work under. As I was walking around I noticed two or more guys with battery powered or rechargable lights sitting on the tables beside their work area. can someone tell me the actual name of this light or where they came from?
